Ingredients
600 grams chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp full red chilli powder
1 /2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 lemon juice
1/4 cup yoghurt
Clove cardomom cinnamon
Pepper star anise mace
3 medium onions
3 medium tomato ripe
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cup thick yoghurt
4 to 5 whole chillies
Coal for smoke
Butter 20 grams
