I lost my husband 7 months ago today. It was sudden. He was only 60. I never thought he would go before me. I'm still in shock.

12:17 I remember seeing him Warren Alan think about his heart a few months before he died he was like I really do agree you need to check it and Alan thicke's behavior was that he didn't believe any of the crap that he said and he ignored it but then he ended up dying for what he wanted for which is I can't even imagine the heartbreak of that family

I watched this before and it really resonates with me. From what I remember Alan had an aortic dissection which happens in the largest artery to the heart. I had a spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) heart attack 7 years ago. My dissection occurred in a lateral artery and blocked a descending artery causing a full blown ST elevated heart attack. I had no markers for it except high blood pressure and extreme stress, no cholesterol in my arteries anywhere. I was widowed due to cancer and working a stressful job in mid-winter with some powerful snow storms to clean up from. I had burning in my chest and numbness that radiated up my jaws. I chewed 2 regular strength Aspirin and called a cab to the hospital not far from where I lived. When my tests came back I was rushed by ambulance to another hospital with a CATH lab and had a stent implanted to clear the blockage. Alan might not have felt any symptoms to warn him. The only symptom I had was feeling flushed and my blood pressure going to dangerous levels when I was stressed, despite being on medication. In women, hormones are also suspected to play a role. I’m in two SCAD Facebook groups, most being women, some men, all healthy and fit before their heart attacks. Some women are postpartum with newborns. I think looking back, pushing myself beyond what I could physically handle, led to my attack. I felt like something was going to break. I hope your reading is a warning to others to save lives and Tanya and Alan’s family heals from their grief. That alone is a powerful stressor on the heart, as I’ve learned. I’m lucky to be here.

It seems like Tyler was fore-shadowing/clairvoyance/picking up on Alan's death three months earlier..in other words he saw really Alan saying don't be stubborn, pay attention to your heart health.

I trip out when I hear, “too soon” but like, that’s old. Comfortable old. You don’t wanna live too long where you’re taking a dozen meds, mobility is now difficult, and you’ve either begun or about to fall apart. Both mentally & physically.
Nah. That’s a prime age to die if you wanna live that long.
I remember how enraged I was when I learned euthanasia is illegal while I was in the 7th grade. Like, hell nah I don’t wanna be barely hanging on. And people should have a right to go and end any suffering when needed. What’s wrong with that? Like if that’s me and I need to be hooked to a machine for my physical vessel to barely survive? Bruh.. Take. Me. Out!

I didn't think it was funny in the very least about how Alan Thicke was literally talking ro Tyler so sarcastically, rolling his eyes, calling Tyler Dr. Tyler. The saddest part was, he literally meant it!! He wasn't joking, but making fun of this (SILLY KIDDO) hardy-har-har, unfortunately Alan the joke was on you!
I have to seriously wonder why Alan didn't think his sister had a heart issue, and that wasn't enough to be hesitant abd concerned about his own health? Being blatantly sarcastic, and laughing at the rip-off artist, and yes Alan, we seen that you loved showing off your skeptical self!! Its ik to be all of the above, but making Tyler look like some idiotic buffoon in front if millions of people watching just to point out how smart you were at someone else's expense, is a big no & no my friend. I'm sorry you didn't take Tyler's Warning/or/Advise. I'm not talking ill of the dead, but what you did throughout that entire reading was uncalled for! Regrets Galore, your beautiful wife's heart is crushed because she dearly loved you, how lucky you were to have this amazingly kind selfless human in your life, and I guess visa-versa/diddo!! RIP ALAN THICKE, AND MANY, MANY PRAYERS FOR YOUR WIFE. 🙏🙌🙌🙏

That’s cruel. From what I remember he was playing hockey and collapsed at the arena. He had an aortic dissection which interrupts blood flow from the major artery to the heart. It causes an immediate heart attack and the survival rate is low.
