I studied mandarin from a female Chinese lecturer. She taught us 2 songs from Teresa, this one and Tian Mimi. She was like our mother, very loving. We asked her to sing this song in a college concert. She agreed. We always heard and watched her practising. 3 days before the concert, she died in car accident on her way for rehearsal. Whenever I hear this song, I can't help sobbing and so do my ex classmates. To our mother and teacher, the moon represents our hearts. We love you..

I've spent close to six years in Malaysia and a shorter time in Chengdu China but everywhere I stay from the moment I arrive the entertainment group knows that this is my song. I love it and if I hear it I'll be singing it all day which a trip for a white guy from Dallas Texas.
