Fun and educational! Surprised this isn't huge; even people not interested in bikes could appreciate the calm delivery, the pretty tools and finished product. Maybe focus longer on the welds, they're worth it.

Cool video! Could you provide some insight regarding tubes sizes (diameters, wall thikness) used when building segmented fork for gravel bikes and for more off-road, heavy duty bikes?

You want to choose tubing that is strong enough that it won't break but light enough that it will ride well and not be super heavy.
What is the purpose of the sleeve on each leg?…aside from looking
amazing.
They reinforce the blade which allows me to use a thinner wall blade that rides better and is lighter. Thanks!
