Besides all interactions they kept private, we do know that Miyeon and Lisa alongside Minnie and Shuhua went to the Twice concert just around last christmas. And we also know that Miyeon got a YSL bag as a combined birthday gift from Lisa and Minnie. Just recently they met at the I-DLE concert in Seoul and took pictures. So I guess they're still good friends after all. :)

I do think that it's because of BlackPink's restrictions. I noticed when Jennie was with Jessica Jung, she wasn't even shown in the video (I'm not sure bc I just saw a video when she was with Jessica, she was hiding in the camera and Jessica can't point the camera at her). Same with Lisa in Sorn's vlog, she wasn't shown there either but she was present. I think BlackPink should be really discreet with their interactions with other personalities. It just so happens that Minnie and Lisa are both Thai and they don't really have a controversial issues together unlike Miyeon who was about to debut with BlackPink.
Miyeon was also trying not to be so obvious that she's friends with Lisa. It's definitely to prevent any issues ahead or to prevent the past from becoming a topic again as her being a supposed BlackPink member. I'm sure that Miyeon and Lisa still talk but they can't really be seen talking or meeting in public because of their past as just the two of them. Right now, they know each other-maybe friends secretly-but they can't publicly share it. You also noticed that Miyeon was quite hesitant when she asked Lisa to send her a foodtruck like what she did to Minnie and the backlash happened-that is definitely what they're trying to avoid.
