I got him to 182,5 cm (6' 0") with this image i.imgur.com/FeEYCxo.jpg since your image is of them sprinting, they would be crouched a bit, making the difference of their height bigger and somewhat missleading... edit: I now got Rex to 186cm (6' 1") by measuring from the back of their feet, this also made shulk 171cm like he is in xenoblade 1 but I think he should be taller than he was so Glimmer is probably just shorter than Pyra/Mythra which makes sense to me. btw, you did your chart from their toes on the bottom line when that is where their heels should be.
