This song has always reminded me of Bruce Lee and interestingly enough it was released in 1973, the same year that Bruce Lee unfortunately died
Very good song I just wish that more people would actually listen to the lyrics and follow through with what they say. This really was a very strong smart man ... way ahead of his time and died way before the world could understand what he wanted to do with integrating all races together as one to stop all the prejudice and hatred that mankind has for each other. It's ridiculously insane how the human race acts towards one another. Makes me feel sick

Looking for your treasure on earth vs heaven is the direct opposite of what God says to do..... no matter what religion you belong to.
Except everything we learned is a lie. God made us in his image and then the ones who are evil decided to reject him. The fallen angels. There will be a new earth and new heaven. Stay away from the King James Version of the Bible because he had passages offering up child as a sacrifice which does not come from God, it comes from the evil ones idol god.
I wonder if you've received any wisdom regarding your argument since posting? Allow me to "stand up" 🎶 for what I think Bob (and Jah) say;
Torah: (Gen. 3:8; Lev. 26:12; Deut. 23:14) Jah create heaven and earth, Eden is the heavenly realm on earth, they are separate in purpose but not physicality, this allows the Creator to walk and be close to us .
NT: (Hebrews 8:5) Moses built the temple in the pattern of Heaven as shown to him, a reflection of Eden. (Possibly referring to Jacob's dream at Bethel with the ladder of angels and Jah saying the place u lie is my house the gate of Heaven in gen 28)
Gospel (matthew 6:10): your kingdom come, your will be done on Earth as a reflection of heaven.
Plus Bob say you will look for ur "LIFE" on earth (then you'll see the light), not sure if u meant that by treasure or u misheard. Imo, we find relationship with Jah, a reflection of heaven ON EARTH via Eden, tabernacle, or new covenant (which is the way, the truth, and the light). That's Jah will-- not to wait until we die to realize heaven. Certainly, our treasures are in heaven, but it isn't "vs" or in opposition to earth it is "spiritual treasures in the heavenly realms BOTH on earth and beyond" since we've shown they mirror each other and reside simultaneously in both realms across time.
Sorry if I sound preachy, but i worry the basic Abrahamic theology is so misrepresented on the Internet I should start.
The mystics like Charles Filmore and obviously Buddhists have similar interpretations as The above and Bob's e.g. 1959: Heaven is the orderly realization of divine ideas. Earth is the manifestation of these ideas.

Les arbres appartiennent a une cosmogonie qui est un bien commun et j’en suis une part et pas decisonnaire. J’en trouve une plenitude dont je suis ni actionnaire ni decisonnaire. Moi pour me soulagé de la detestation et des sequelles, je marchais et je faisais pipi et caca. Pour dépassé le sentiment d’etre debile je n’ai pas trouvé un pas, une doukeur, un pipi, un caca et meme quelque chose a manger qui me soulage meme pas tous les arbres arrachés par les devots qui me sont retombées sur le coin de la gueule. Meme si ca a rendu un superbe parement de fleurs et de senteurs❤. J’ai pas euun recul satisfaisant sur cet événement qui a dure 12 000 ans et qui est contemporain d’une guerre atroce. Dans je suis victime et visionnaire. Pas encore voyeur. Avec les problèmes barnier est devenu une arme pour instaurer la peine de mort, au’il peut pas nié qu’il en a une et que sa mere une partie de lui, la tentation du voyeurisme n’est regulé que parce que j’ai été condamné a mort pour sacrilege et que je dois vivre particulièrement ce moment 1vec mon humanité puisque le sacrilege est question d’être inférieur à un culte.
