When you have the feederhouse apart Black Ace Parts makes a roller kit that replaces the shear bar ahead of the drive sprockets. It will quiet the chain down a lot and those shear bars have a reputation of breaking loose.
On that Iveco engine be sure to change the crankcase breather! Also make sure if yall do the knives on the straw chopper torque them so they don't come off and go through the oil pan!
Pretty crazy wear going on. I work at an asphalt plant and wear is the constant enemy, we are always replacing and adding more wear plates to problem areas. With that wear, it almost looked like they were harvesting rocks with that combine!

There’s cross augers underneath the machine to and a belly pan that can wear thin also

I despise the fact that some people call a combine “cumbine”. But hey, if it smells like diesel rolling past me I’m game.
