For 6 days before the eruption the volcanic level was 2 which is the highest it can be before an eruption. The survivors and investigators have found 10 organizations that did not follow established safety guidelines and this was foreseeable. The litigation is ongoing.
That could be the last video of trip to that island for years to come, so many people died that day, i hope if they re-open the island for touring, they make it more safe, so people could get off the island real quick and they don't go to deep in the first place. And last bubbling mud puddle after 15:54 is so calming, i wanna watch/listen an hour version of it, every splash is different, it's kinda like watching fire.
Hi There, I really like your video. I was on a cruise to New Zealand with family on a cruise ship with Royal about the same time I'm guessing you both were there. We were on the same cruise ship with Royal and the same place, but the cruise before the Volcano blew it's top, round about 10 to 13 days I think. I too wanted to go the White Island to see the volcano, but went to Rotorua Volcano Parks instead because my Mother couldn't walk it. At dinner time that night in the restaurant that night, We all heard stories about it been more active that normal and lots had video I'm guessing. Also I understand what you both talking about, since I also have a interest in Earthquakes and Volcanos too. Thanks again for uploading your video of White Island. Regards Paul
Hi Paul! It does sound like we were around the same place at the same time. We did visit the Rotorua Volcano Park on the same day after our return from the White Island. Definitely chilling to think about now. New Zealand was beautiful, I hope you got to enjoy it to the fullest!
During my 2016 visit I have to say, it was quite impressive. The volcano was massive and it was kind of like a crater shape, like not a fully but still mostly enclosed volcano, would've made it hard for people to escape, the sopher there was pretty nice and I loved the yellow colors there. the water was quite warm though. I never expected it to erupt, if it hadn't erupted and if covid wasn't a thing I would've vlogged it last week... Lucky that it erupted 10 days later, kind of a eerie feeling watching this
We do have footage from there and it was awesome! If we did a video, it would be a separate one for that, but I'm a bit hesitant if they would be like that.
Are you latin? You can read and pronounce Maori words as you would, rolling the rs for example. My friend from Mexico actually taught me that, she could pronounce everything perfectly off the bat!
I'm Greek and Octavian has Romanian origins, so yeah I guess both of these help! We also did our best to try and pick up on the accent while we were there.
Sometimes lucky
Pyroclastic Flow Eruption - Beautiful footage, glad you guys are safe, and sad to hear about the eruption.

What made you choose to vacation on a deserted frying pan.
I remember when kripp was nolife, didn't go outside and said bad stuff happens to people who go outside. Rania broke all of kripps boundaries.
10 days later? Wow. Bet that was a weird feeling watching the news.
Yeah it was definitely unsettling. We had several news outlets contacting us too because they saw the recent pictures we posted.

The two-week-loop had to be stopped ahead of schedule
Would love to visit New Zealand at some point. Beautiful. Thanks for the video
I'm from Whakatāne and I remember watching White Island erupt while at work. Funny to see you so close to home. Small world.
Yup those were black swans and baby flappers in Rotorua.
Those birds are black swans. You were right ;). - Fan from Auckland, NZ
We saw so many birds there for the first time that I wasn't sure if they were black swans or something specific to NZ, thanks for the confirmation!
Salterini Kripperino:Ugh OF COURSE IT ERUPTS 10 DAYS AFTER WE LEFT
I still remember the day kripp visit you in Athens, how time flies... Σας εύχομαι ότι καλύτερο!
7 years ago almost to the day! Ευχαριστούμε! :)

Stopped using social media a while ago, miss your Instagram Rania 💜
Couldnt get footage at the cultural performance place in Rotorua? My cousin performed for you guys.
We do have footage from there and it was awesome! If we did a video, it would be a separate one for that, but I'm a bit hesitant if they would be like that.

Bro, she sure does love to interrupt you while you're speaking.
Nothing failed 😂 humanity forgot to use common sense and stepped into an active volcano 🌋 what do you expect

Your pronunciation Whakaari wasn't bad but in Maori you pronounce "Wh" as "Fa"
