lexus suspension height sensors are the same parts as toyota ones (only difference is the mounting bracket) ~ usually can be easily purchased between 40-60usd and a pretty easy to replace
as for the 12v battery i’m very highly gonna recommend the oem battery (and make sure it’s the same exact part instead of a european substitute)
if you have such issue with battery when starting you get all those errors as not all modules are starting up (and you won’t be ready to engage the hybrid system since not everything is reporting correctly) ~ that check prior to launching the system can be bypassed by pressing the start button quickly twice when you enter the car
the dc/dc converter i believe is a pretty much bulletproof part ~ wouldn’t even consider it a failure point
