I was lucky enough to get some loose parts from this set (head/neck, scarf, shirt, pants/belt, boots) for $50 shipped and put him together and it really is an awesome figure. Since, during the movie, he doesn't always have the bag or certain weapons, I figured just getting the basic figure was enough. Easy and Simple did an amazing job, especially for the price point and I love it. You're right, the headsculpt is really nice and it's, to date, my favourite 1/6 Brad Pitt likeness I've gotten so far. ;) Awesome review and bash, man! ^_^

Glad you saved a bit more money picking up the loose parts, but I spent a total of about $100, so I didn't think that was bad at all for the body and the complete kit which included all the accessories which are always just nice to have around, though not necessary as you mentioned. :)

I decided to just cut some clippings from the newspaper ads for upcoming DVD/ blurays which kinda look like 1/6 magazine covers and once taped up I think looked pretty good. ;)

I just checked evilbay and the cheapest I saw was about $90 shipped, so I guess I got a good deal at the show I went to. I also only paid $20 for the body which was just a boot leg narrow shoulder body. I think it should be the TTM18 though I said TTM19 in the video. As for custom figures, I do enjoy them more than the finished official figures as it's more challenging to put it all together and get it all to look right. And when you can add your own touch to the figure, it makes it more personal and unique, so there's some pride in the piece, even if it's just a bit of minor assembly. I didn't want to ruin the 1/6 magazine included, so I just found some newspaper ad clippings for DVD releases that look like magazine covers and clipped them to wrap around the arm instead. Once taped up it looks good I think. LOL!
emarae I already have a few TTM 18/19 bodies somewhere, so I only need the kit. Even at $100 it is still a cheap figure compared to what we usually pay, so Im going for it :) Yeah, I totally agree with you on the subject of custom figures. It doesn't even have to be a 100% accurate either, as long as you are happy with it yourself. Its just like Brian (TMF) once said to me; "Its all about having fun and making it perfect in your own eyes". If the figure is ment for your own collection and amusement and not for sale, then why care what others think about your figures? And by the way, you really have to be a pro to get it a 100%, and not even they get their stuff a 100% accurate all the time... Dude! LOL! Untill you said what you did with that magazine piece, I was sure it was a extra set :D Marlo, you did a great job with that little mod :) I would have done the same instead of ruining that original piece. Really?!?! You can't get the whole outfit set anymore? If you can get at least the outfit and not the complete figure, all you'll need is a narrow shoulder style 1/6 scale figure to complete the figure. I hope you can still get one somehow!

Stephen Tilger Yeah, the figures by Iminime are really nice, but a bit pricey! But if you're a fan, they might be one of the only real options for you to get these great characters in 1/6 scale. The Pulp Fiction pair should be easier to bash these days as there are plenty of black suits available now and various sculpts. Rainman recently did his versions and there are probably recasts out there by now.
emarae Yeah I was checking Rainman's like a month ago and he had the clothing sets plus the heads for Jules and Vince but I checked yesterday and of course the Vince sold out so I got the Jules and am trying to put A Vince together with a Snyderman31 headsculpt which I think looks the best (www.ebay.com/itm/121426700210?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT) And I am just looking into suits now, there are so many that I don't know which to choose lol.

I got head sculpt of bard pitt in another movie called " fury" and pick up TTM19 Muscular body along, order from Hong kung, l also l got Grand Theft Auto " Trevor Philips" custom head over from Taiwan, it is Funny how long those order take. But, it well worth it.. It suck there is TAXES from shipping in US.. some are Free, but poorly.. Work with kits that is great idea.. l really like it for Video Game Custom figure.. Great Custom !!

Picked up the film the other day for 3 pounds new. Thought it was pretty good.Think this figure is decsent for the money.First thing I see is mickey the pikey from snatch so might pick up the head for a bash and kit bash a pikey hehe.Think the box is a bit misleading with its size, you'd think they'd be a cheap body in there aswell. Don't understand why they cant throw in a stand with these bootleg figures, guess its to keep costs down.Still great value compared to hot toys etc.
WWZ was actually pretty good to my surprise as well. Always scary when you have Zombies that can run fast too! LOL! Great idea for doing a Mickey from Snatch! That would make for a cool custom figure! As for any extras, I guess it really is to keep costs as low as possible.

emarae I know I saw a Joel and Ellie on eBay by Iminime, I just wish I have more space for figures, I am working on a Pulp Fiction Vince and Jules now
