Footprints on the ground, they show the world where you have wondered
Snow is pouring down, clouding your vision forced rash decisions
Then you turn around, your footprints gone and something's wrong
Once Clear path blending then, all hope is lost as the snow caves in
Is there anybody out there, anyone who can hear
Cause this man was walking on a road and it suddenly disappeared
He's lost all of direction while the clouds are as assnowing fierce
So if anybody's out there, make his path perfectly clear
Walking for miles through nothingness
No house or a road just grey snow abyss
The cold it was biting so he kept on fighting
Praying to God, cause he felt he was dying
On the verge of letting go and sinking to the snow
He looked above and saw a dove talking to a crow
The dove said follow me believe and I'll lead you back home
But He flew too fast our guy lost track and now he is alone
Where did he go
He's on his own
No way home
He's all alone
The crow was laughing happy as could be
This random guy he never met was facing his defeat
But as they sat there in the gray, a light began to shine
The random path that he had ran turned out to be divine
By the faintest definition, a path began to show
The heat from the light began to melt the snow
The man had one directive, one mission left inside
To reach that burning light, before the light escaped his eyes
Is there anybody out there, anyone who can hear
Cause this man was walking on a road and it suddenly disappeared
He's lost all of direction while the clouds are as assnowing fierce
So if anybody's out there, make my path perfectly clear
As he ran, he fell, slipped and slide
By the time he got there, the light was burning bright
Heavy breathing from the frost inside his lungs
He looked up just to find that quick friendly dove
Sitting on the spotlight, just as it was planned
Mounted to a wall familiar to the man
For his home was there before him, covered in the snow
How he got there, only the dove will know
