I don't know the laws and regulations that would allow for a foreign marketed truck to be legally imported and driven on US roads, but all I know is it's cool to see a Scania in America.
Like you can drive in America with Mexican, Canadian, Diplomatic plates - you can also drive with any other country's plates as long as you are insured and just visiting. ;) Same goes for most other countries adhering to the U.N agreement regarding motor vehicles.

Few things tho: Bullbar is not making Scania look good - I would go without personally, 2nd: Rack on top of the roof looks goofy and I miss brutal open/straight pipe sound. Scannia is my favoryte truck to usae in euro truck simulator 2. i like all the customization possibility and also the v8 engine is wonderful. yu can make alot of truck for showroom with scania stuff. hope scania gonna be strong forever.

It has its European license placed so I guess it was shilled but not imported
