    Agreed and the Keto diet is very ageing on the body 😵☠️... I came down with the shingles at 27 while doing Keto and taking 2000 mg of metformin... lost a ton of weight but was horrible for my health... today I was told to stop metformin bc my blood ph is too low bc of it... I will only be taking ovasitol from now on in its place

      Cause really and truly I do eat chesse but lactose free and I'm not notice any bad about it .
      I'm not sure what's food it's less carb to eat so I can consume less .
