    One of my teachers makes us pin socks between the big toe and the second toe and climb up and down the pole without loosing the socks...it's freakin' hard and crampy but it works wonders!! Thank you so much for the advice my online best teacher!!

    You're such a great teacher! I had a question about Jade split! How do i get the flat line? Also, in my inverts my back rounds up a bit. Is that a problem?
