Nice video! Thanks for sharing. We are planning a trip to Santa Marta with a 5yr old boy. Are there snorkeling tours there? I think we'd need someone who is a pro to assist us :D Also, where would be the best place to stay there? I really want to stay in a place near the beach where we can just walk there anytime we want. I look forward to your advises. Thank you!
@@MarketManiaCA then definitely check out my Cabo Pulmo Videos. I have two of them on the channel and A three hour tour we saw all sharks, dolphins, humpback whales, sea turtles, giant groupers and Giants schools of jackervills and snappers. Thanks for your comments and support on the Channel!
@@Travel_fulltime Yah dude your content is top notch cannot believe you only have 1000 subs I am sure your channel will take off at some point. Thanks for the tips will definitely check out those videos. What are the currents like? I've heard it can be pretty rough in spots around Cabo
@@MarketManiaCA thanks bro I’ve been doing UA-cam for two years and I’ve been moving pretty slow lol. Thanks for the compliment that really means a lot! It’s great to know people like The videos. Most of the good Diving is in the sea of Cortez and the currents aren’t too bad. They can be pretty rough on the Pacific side but there’s no point in diving if it’s shit visibility anyways. Santa Maria Beach was just OK but the three main spots to hit down here are Cabo Pulmo The whale shark spot in La Paz bay and the sea lion colony in La Paz bay where you can swim with like 20 or 30 sea lions at the same time and they’re all really friendly and playful. Especially the baby ones! Just drop a comment and if you have any questions at all when you come down! The comments are also good to help the Channel grow so I appreciate all the engagement. I can give you some phone numbers also for people to call I’ll take you right to the sea life🤙 and if you’re into Big game fishing I can hook you up with some good guys for that too. Just add me on Instagram and shoot me a DM. My IG is the same name👍👍
I think it was an albino Spotted black box fish. They are super common but I’ve never seen an albino one or anything other than black with white dots. Kind of the same shape as a puffer fish though.
I did. And thank you I’m really glad you liked it! Check out some of my others I have lots of videos of Mexico, US, Thailand, and I am working working on a Vietnam motorbike series right now🙌
@@aeronautical2755 I have my own gear but I’m sure there’s a place there that can rent some stuff. There’s not really a lot of stores or touristy streets in that area but may be at the resorts on the beach they might have some stuff for rent. Other than that there’s lots of places in Cabo San Lucas you can rent gear from. But honestly I would say In Cabo San Lucas at Playa Coral Negro it’s a little better. It’s about a 15 minute swim from the beach out to the rocks but all of the rocks that stick up out of the water are really good spots that are pretty deep with lots of sea life and it’s free to go. Santa Maria beach though is definitely more quiet with less people. Still super touristy though.
Thanks for the feedback! And yeah I agree. Finding the right music is the hard part. check out some of my other Mexico videos I have a lot of videos around that area in Baja. If you go to playlist there’s also a mexico playlist✌️
Haha Because I don’t control the ocean currents. I know the visibility was terrible. But definitely a good spot for some work on when the water is calm. I have another video coming out soon in Cabo Pulmo where we got to see whales, dolphins, sea turtles, sharks on the same day! Much better visibility too!
Oh nice! I have my own gear but I’m not sure if there’s a Rentals. I saw a lot of other people with snorkeling stuff so there might be. I would just recommend wearing anything wet suit because there’s a lot of jellyfish in that area or at least a rash guard for a top piece. It’s not that bad but I got stung a little bit last I went. Thanks for the comment. Check out my other videos in Mexico if you want to explore the area. If you can make it over to La Paz does a lot of beautiful places there and the snorkeling is much better. Really easy to find whale sharks and the sea lion colony is awesome!
Haha loved the drunk explanation man! You're down-to-earthiness is why I'm a new fan of your travel content.

Try diving off of the Loreto Baja area. Pristine waters and tons of marine life. I will give a shout out for the Villa del Palmar Islands of Loreto.
Love your videos. What time of year were you snorkelling? I heard the water is warm year round plan to go in May and October and move out there.
The water is a little bit cold dec-February but other than that it’s pretty warm. Do u free Dive or scuba?
@@Travel_fulltime just free dive.

I wanna see some action shots of you waddling around the beach with fins on.
That’s in my members only section! I don’t usually wear them when I walk. Just in the water.
Abt to swim in the same water as you ;)
