Yes, that is correct.
In order to fight "Akuma" in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact - Giant Attack, get two perfect victories without losing a single round.
In order to fight "Shin Akuma" in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact - Giant Attack, you have to get 3 perfect victories without losing a single round, and have no more than 3 cheap wins. When fighting "Akuma", get a Super Finish or Perfect on any round, without a Time Over or Judgment.

De hecho es que creo que podria decirse que lo que pasa con ese personaje es que crusa un poco el valle inquietante..
Me explico
El Sprite de elena fue hecho usando como bace movimiento de una persona real pero agregando la cara de elena por arriba
Eso genera un movimiento mas "humano" o "real" que los demas personajes carecen
