Getting ALOT of jalapeños from our garden right now. Been making poppers a lot for the last month using one of your recipes. AWESOME. I can tell you first hand, washing my hands after handling those bombs does not get rid of it. Learned the hard way. Nitrile gloves are the way to go. Thanks so much for another great video/recipe as always.
Great video as always. We eat these a lot in my house. I made a bunch for a family gathering a few months ago and added sausage to the cream cheese cheddar mix along with a package of ranch seasoning. Killer combo.
I made this and it turned out fantastic! Definitely a lot of prep work but worth it. I felt like mine turned out much big than expected and cooked in less than an hour.
I live my life around barbeque but you keep taking barbeque two the next level in every video that just amazes me and my family. Also Marvin Mixon has nothing on you its 2020 keep doing you and i will keep watching thank you.
I was a fry cook at a bbq place in Texas. We served something really similar called Armadillo Eggs. The only difference is that they were breaded and deep fried.
GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE!!! Loved the video, and great idea. I just posted a very similar video this morning, but never thought of stuffing the whole thing in chicken.
I have made these and they are amazing! I’d recommend buying a high temp cheese. It comes out more gooey than líquidy. But if you like the really loose cheese idea then go for it.
As a pepper head the only thing better then bacon, chicken, cheese, and jalapenos would be some habaneros, unless you want to get into the Super Hots, then I say let's go baby!
This looks amazing, but to be honest, you hit that thing 3 different times with the same spice rub. Everything will just taste the same. I would maybe hit the creme cheese filling with just some cayenne, salt and a dash of limejuice, season the chicken with some salt and paprika and then use the spice rub only on the outside bacon. That way you still have the same barbecue flavor when the food hits your tongue, but every layer has a distinct flavour that isn't just "all spicerub with a different consistency".
William Andrews we don’t talk about this. Chef Tom is great and his videos are free and informative. We all just silently acknowledge he does have product to sell at the end of the day but we have a secret pact to ignore it, not speak of it, and dial back the seasonings accordingly. Welcome!
Awesome! Hey ATBBQ, After you make my smokey Salisbury steak with red masters how about you do a home REAL version of Arby's Beef and cheddar sandwich? I haven't had one in years but it was my favorite. Maybe with a homemade pimento cheese spread and smoked eye of round? Yum!
Those look very nice , would be great to invite friends over with some beers and eat them whilst watching the stock market crash. I think i might do these weekend after next,

Thank for the great recipe. I made this tonight with plowboys yardbird rub and firebug grilling sauce. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
Thanks for the tip on how to wrap the bacon. Have had struggles in the past trying to wind the bacon strips around the chicken. Great recipe!
Wow, a combination of bacon and chicken!! It looks so delicious. As expected, it's the best!
Another killer combo from Chef Tom!!!
This is genius!
I don't know how I missed this earlier but it looks awesome. Thank you
I use a butter knife to core out the peppers, works really well and less handling of the peppers.
Uggh salivating just reading the title.

Try this but with Nacho cut up jalapeños.. The pickled juices add the flavor to the MAX And the peppers are fully cooked through
Now I know what we are cooking for my birthday weekend!
Chef Tom like a boss, no gloves seeding peppers! 😂

I actually have to make this now, especially since I havent made even normal breaded poppers in about 5 years.
Love these. I mix the bbq sauce with little bit of mexican chilli sauce. 😎👌
I’m doing this. Yum!
They're called dragon eggs. They're amazing! We've made them a couple times. So good.
Low Carb Delight!!!!
That looks amazing.

Dude that meat church rub is the real deal you gotta try it
William Andrews relax man
This is a great recipe! Question, can you substitute beef for the chicken and how would you adjust the cook time? Thanks!!
The way you handle those jalapeños without gloves on, brave soul. Note to self, do no handle jalapeños like that, then go to the bathroom.
Top class
Do you use thin or thick cut bacon?
Nice
Awesome!
Hey Tom. Thanks for the beard, I mean video.

Hey just use an apple core remover. So much easier!
I need a few hundred .....
Can I use the oven if I don’t have a smoker ?
Absolutely! Thanks for watching!
Those look very nice , would be great to invite friends over with some beers and eat them whilst watching the stock market crash. I think i might do these weekend after next,
Atomic Buffalo Turds...wrapped in chicken, or I guess Atomic Buffalo Turduckens had you used duck bacon.
Way to steal the show.
Chef tom: I've really wanted to see how to smoke a whole duck. Maybe do it with a asian twist?
Or as Texans call it, armadillo eggs
Wash your hands with dish soap as it will remove the oils from the pepper that contain the heat
Thanks for the tip, and thanks for watching!
Have you been watching my instagram @good_ole_boy_bbq ? Ive been making these for years but i use smashed flat chicken tenders so its not as fat.
These are great, a classic keto dish, minus the bbq sauce
Damn bro! that's pretty impressive. Try it with duck breast. we call it file' de quackon'
Damn son.
Chef tom quit school because of recess, he dont play!!
Dayme
Love the recipe idea, but had to bail when I saw the pellet grill. I like building and controlling my own 🔥
you do you man, others will do what they have/like
DO NOT USE YOUR HANDS. My hands were on fire for 3 days after this lol
I know you guys smoke weed. I thought it before but now I'm sure.
Don't we all? ;)
james k no. Weed feels terrible to a lot of people. I can’t stand being high
@@TheMusicLeak No one cares, thanks.
Can you use chicken breasts for the recipe?
Yummi
🤤🤤🤤
I've had this before they called it dragon eggs
On a side note: Chef Tom, your heart is looking extra majestic today. 🧔🏻 🦄
Never clicked on a video so fast lol.
That looks like the bacon Chef Britt made... 😭😭😭
Wash your hands WELL before you touch your wife...Ask me how I know........
