I have a hotdog stand that im installing a on demand 120v continuous run water heater. It has a shutoff float for when the water supply tank gets low. How do I wire the float in?

Use contactor, connect the float switch in between phase and terminal A1 or A2 of the contactor, and your auto water pump is done to use

At 7:00 why can’t you just open the mcb to turn power off to the contractor coil? Why is an auxiliary contact block needed?
