We did the WC on the Island in 2024 and have it booked in 2025. We also have booked the 2026 WC on the Coral. The Island is a little dated but we had no issues whatsoever. The staff were outstanding and the food was the best!
With all the seniors that sail Princess I'm surprised Princess even created Park 19 that caters to children. I'm thinking there are many people who are happy this venue hasn't opened yet and wishes they made that area on the sun princess something for adults.
The Island Princess cruise through the Panama Canal was my favorite! I still have mu Island Princess Keychain that we won at Trivia! That's where we met our friends from Australia, and I treasure all the memories.We've been to Australia and New Zealand twice, and they've been to visit us in Michigan!

We are currently on the Island Princess. The ship is in the worst condition of any Princess ship we have ever been on. The air conditioning is spotty in various areas of the ship. we have no cold water in our sink. Many others have this problem. Plumber has come 4 times and cannot fix cold water problem. We were told by management that they are aware of air conditioning problems and water problems. They said it will be repaired in drydock but nothing can be done right now!
We have a reservation on the Island Princess on that 54 day cruise. It leaves on March 13, 2026. It will be a great cruise to 19 ports in the Pacific Ocean.
LA cruise port existing berths 92 & 93 are 2.5 miles north of berth 46 where the proposed dock construction will be. On a recent sailing berths 92 and 93 had other ships at those berths so our ship had to sail out of berth 46. Princess instructed us to leave our vehicle in the parking lot adjacent to berth 92 as that's where our ship would be returning to in 10 days. Princess then shuttled people and their luggage to berth 46. To save space we dropped our luggage at berth 46 and then parked in the lot by berth 92. This new to us berth was quite a confusing situation as in the 30 years of sailing we'd never experienced 3 ships in port on the same day. After the new docks are constructed we'll all have to learn that our ship could be in either area. I'm thinking getting an Uber to the port when you don't know which berth could be a challenge.
We do most of our cruises round-trip out of San Pedro as we can drive from AZ and not have the flying hassle. (we are already booked Aug 2025 - it almost sold out when offered last year!) Biggest problem there is the traffic going into the lot is often backed on the streets and an hour plus+ stop and go to get to the port has happened tooooo many times. Then the parking lot will often fill-up. The new docks, as you can see on your map, will be at the end of the penninsula where there is no parking (Other than for the private marina) and passengers will have to be bused from the already crowded lots at the current site. Something will have to be done with this or it will stop being our favorite sailing port.

Looking for information regarding the teen area on the Island Princess! Can anyone share if the Camp Discovery Youth Center on the Aloha deck is right outside the cabins as it appears to be on the deck plans and if it creates a lot of noise? Tia

The OBC is not a good option for the customer, I would prefer they just refund the difference.

I received an email 2 days ago stating the Panama Canal cruise was cancelled. Have booked the Canal cruise on Coral Princess leaving 30 April 2026.

I screen shot some docs, but I also download and save PDF files in my phone -- no service or WiFi required.

There is usually wifi available even if phone service doesn't work. I file everything in my trip it app.
Will the onboard credit with this new fare guarantee program be refundable credit or non-refundable credit?
