Hello Paul, I'm in the mortgage industry and have used a plethora of CRM's from BNTouch, Hubspot, and many more. Currently with GHL and want a more specialized and easy to use system with an iOS native app for both iPhone and iPad for on the go use. What I'm struggling to understand is if I'll need the Leadbooster and Campaign add-ons. It seems like these features would be included in a "Professional" level CRM. What are your thoughts?
Pipedrive isn't specialised to mortgages, it's more of a generic CRM but would still be a great fit. You would need LeadBooster if you'd like to connect website forms, live chat or a chat bot to your account. This makes it easy to get new inquiries from your site into Pipedrive. You'll need Campaigns if you intend on sending newsletters from Pipedrive to your customer or prospect list. This is an added fee as Pipedrive charges based on the number of subscribers in your account.
HI paul, I want access to the Email campaign and custom email feature. So obviously i need to for the Professional plan or above right? But does that mean everyone on my sales team must have that exact professional subscription?
great video Paul :) Just out of curiosity are you planning on moving your email newsletters / email marketing automation into Pipedrive instead of Convert Kit?
Thanks! I'm going to stick with ConvertKit as it's a lot more powerful for automation compared to Pipedrive's Campaigns. But if you just need a simple email marketing system Campaigns is great and keeps you all in one tool.

Email sync requires Advanced so you shouldn't need to upgrade. And Campaigns is an add on you can add to any subscription level.
Hey Paul, thanks for the vids. How do we go about subscribing to pipedrive through you?
You can sign up to Pipedrive with my partner link here: paulm.in/2pb0RAY
Can the Projects Add-on only be applied to certain users who need access to the projects features or do you have to pay $6.70 for every user?
Yes, you can assign Project seats to select users. But these users need to have a subscription to deals.
Hi Paul, I am interested in subscribing Pipedrive. Are we able to communicate more about how we can go fw with this?
Sure, please reach out here and we can discuss potential next steps: paulminors.com/contact/

@@minor-co thanks Paul
Can you have certain users at a lower cost and some at a higher cost tier
I'm afraid not. Everyone needs to be at the same level.
@@minor-co it's always like that. -.-
