Practice is very difficult in the current scenario,where the CA in the job earns at least 9 to 10 lacs whereas in the practice it's very difficult to earn 4 to 5 lacs in the initial years

Sir your content is good. You make good videos.
But my suggestions are;
1. Please take control over your voice tone. It is good but you can make it more better. (please try to make it as clear as you can)
Also, take pause, variations etc....
2. Facial Expressions - please work on it.
3. Visual Effects - please use much effects so as to keep audience till the end.
4. Body Movement - it is not required as much as you do. (sitting on the chair and making videos could be more effective)
