Dude in 9 minutes told the best pet story I have ever heard, answered one of the most important questions in life, told the most beutifil first memory story. The Matt Damon.
Matt's answer to THAT one made me bawl my eyes out. Came here to make a comment on his answer, but I could not put it as succinctly as your comment!! Spot on description of Matt's answer!!!
I think that’s why everyone loves Matt Damon, if they’ve ever seen him on a talk show. He seems so honest and real, never afraid to give sincerely personal answers.
Unfortunately, when my parents passed away, I was living abroad, so I had no chance to say goodbye or stay by their side at the end of their lives. But years ago, I had such a powerful dream that I was visiting them at their home, and they embraced me one by one and gave me a kiss. This feeling was so real that I could feel their perfume. Each time that I tried to tell my wife or a friend about it, I missed my voice, and tears started rolling from my eyes, and I gave up to tell it. So I know Matt's feeling. 😢

Now that you say that, I don't think that I've ever (and he's been around for a long time) heard of anything bad involving him.... well, his character, anyway. Now, some of his characters, that's another story.

He’s so down to earth you feel like you could pass him on the sidewalk and say “Hey, Matt!” and he would smile back and say hey to you. Super guy; great actor. 😊

For years, I used to work two block from Bay Cities, and we used to go there at least a couple times a week for sandwiches. Their godmother is famous and sells the most, but honestly, all of their sandwiches are amazing! They also bake their own bread, so if you're lucky, you can get your hands on fresh bread warm out of the oven. 😋

Gotta say, the best "Colbert Questionert" I've ever watched!! Matt Damon strikes me as somebody that I would really enjoy having a beer with!!
Daniel Craig was great, too

I first really appreciated Matt Damon through THAT Graham Norton interview...now every time I see a Matt Damon interview, I watch it. Sound fella.
By THAT Graham Nortan interview do you mean the one where he’s promoting the Monuments Men? Where everyone is wearing burgundy?
@@wilhelmina8843 Yes!
@@wilhelmina8843I started paying attention to his interviews after Ive seen one where he talked about Tom Cruise… now I have to look for that where they’re *wearing burgundy* 😅
Yep. He's as lovely as we thought.

Kimmel should have this guy on sometime. I think theyd get along 😂 Matt is just a spectacular chap and a credit to his wonderful mum. You can tell when families nurture their kids with information and kindness
Psssst, Kimmel was punching 👊 air during this entire interview. 😳 🤭🤣
Matt has been my fav actor for many years, partly because he seems like such a wonderful, genuine person. I love his interviews because he tells the best stories! ❤
