@@crescent-kayaks i will be sure to do that. thank you! im so excited cant wait for my email so i can go get them! im going to have awesome kayaks and not small cheap flimsy ones with little to no storage that are suppose to be fishing kayaks ! i mean they are cool for short light pack ,day trips or just paddling around. For the first time we tried fishing from them fri. and we did ok, but not as stable as we would prefer and just not enough room to put stuff and not going to be good for camping there is no way we would be able to get every thing on them lol and we are not pack alot kind of girls more of tom girls less is better other then we are getting older and hard ground hurts lol!! cant wait so stocked

So proud to be the owner of a new CK1. It’s rare these days to find a company that makes products with almost all positive reviews and such loyal customers (the Apple of kayak companies?). Great American company with awesome people.

Was just doing my homework as a consumer in the market for a kayak and I appreciated having a better background on your company. Lots of companies like to talk about how long they have been around, sales, etc (all good things), but this was also interesting as well. Always enjoy stories about overcoming adversity. Sometimes companies can seem a bit impersonal and polished when they try to navigate the market, but it's important to know that behind all of that are regular people.

Can't believe y'all went through all that and bounced back. Amen on giving it to God and keep moving forward.
Btw, the LiteTackle is a reeeally nice boat!

This story is amazing although I’m sure it was horrible to go through. I’m a proud Crescent Crew owner and connect on a deeper level with the CEO Mr DerBecker (although we never met). I want to see this company grow exponentially. The introduction of Shoalie tomorrow will help.

We came across Crescent and were drawn to it based on the appearance and the reviews since then we’ve discovered an incredible company run by a man of Faith. We pick up our Lite Tackles on Friday! May God bless you and keep you. May all you do succeed. 🙏🏼

I am sorry to hear your story. And I understand how hard it is to rebuild a business that has been almost completely destroyed. And to be able to do it with out taking on debt it a even bigger challenge. I am in the process of doing the same thing with my business right now, So I feel your pain. I have been looking for a fishing kayak that's how I found your company I will be picking up one of your lite tackles as soon as I can find one instock.

Ballistic Machinist just keep grinding and keep the faith. One day you may look back and some how consider it a blessing. It sure as hell hasn’t been easy but today I can say that about July 5, 2017. I really appreciate the support and kind words! Also hope great things for your business.

Thank you. I have a question for you I live near Ann Arbor MI. And there are no dealers near me the best that I can tell. Where is the best place to buy a lite tackle on line or a good dealer that will ship a kayak?

What a story and happy ending. After much testing and buying 6 different yaks, my conclusion on my next fishing yak was a Crescent. I bought the ultralite and have the Lite Tackle on order. Ran the ultralite this weekend up at Huntington Lake Ca. and I have to say the yak made it surreal. Great job and congratulations on being my top brand in the kayak scene. What an amazing product Bonefide puts out also and what some amazing guys. I was gonna buy a bonefide also just because they seem so cool but local shop didnt have them anymore.

This is an incredible story of never quitting! Way to overcome the obstacles and make it happen. It's also great to hear that others in the industry stepped in to help. Y'all are putting out some great stuff and I see Crescent being a force to be reckoned with in the kayak fishing world! Keep it up!

Just put a deposit down on an ultra lite at Kayak Hub in Tampa! Was that fire on an episode of live pd or something? Looks super familiar.

Great comeback. I love my Solo Skiff but it's cold in NC winters. How about building a John boat style that can take a 15hp four stroke. They are large boats in Australia I wish were here. If you could build a john boat maybe 250lbs flat bottom 14 ft semi v I think it would be the next step up from the solo skiff. 2 man skiff. Thanks and God bless you and your team.
