- I created these affirmations specifically to aid women of African descent. The reality is black women have a unique position in the world and are subject to stresses and trauma that can affect their psychology. These affirmations were designed to help reset their mindset and reinvigorate their outlook.
Global Affirmation designs custom affirmations, suggestions and Law of Attraction content for the global community.
As a black man I wish peace, love and prosperity to every black woman that watched this video.

Repeating the words, choking up, tears rolling, eyes tight. These are all things I didn't really believe about myself until I made myself believe it. No more mental blocks. I'm starting to believe everything I say. I love it.

I love doing theses affirmations in the morning it really has made a difference for me in my self esteem and my mental health and how I see myself .

I started doing theses affirmations 2 years ago because I was going through a divorce.I was wanted to try something new. I always told myself that this is not going to work . How is repeating sentences everyday help me? Well boy was I wrong. I tried this 3 for 30 days and this is the 1st thing I do every morning. These affirmations helped me grow into the person that I am today!!!

These are great affirmations. The only one I disagree with is the one that says “I give myself permission to be vulnerable,” or in other words, susceptible to emotional or physical harm. Why would anyone want that??? When repeating these affirmations, I replace the word, “vulnerable” with “strong.”
