- Apex Legends Season 21 Upheaval Tier List; I will be analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of every legend and ranking them from best to worst in my most honest tier list ever. There have definitely been times where I've agonized over choosing a legend to main, so I'm hoping my personal experience and opinions can help alleviate some of that stress for you! Ballistic is d tier
It's outrageous how much everyone underrates newcastle. He was already a+ or s tier before this season, but now he got buffed even more. His tac comes out near instantly, and his ult now stays charged for longer and has a built in Watson pylon so one of the few good counters, nades, now does nothing. Don't even get me started on if he gets a gold knockdown shield

I like Ballistic sling shot upgrade. At level three having a purple g7 in your sling at ranked and being able to change it to any other purple weapon at any time is kind of nuts!
Bangalore in b tier is probably the wildest ranking I have ever seen. She’s the best legend in the game and has been for a long time.

At least you didn't say Ballistic is the worst because if you ask me he's not even close to the worst, if you use him correctly or if your Rowtide, I'd say he's at least a B-tier, and I love using him in solos.
High lvl play he slacks bc of his kit inconsistency and unnecessary viability but in I’d say like plat and down he does great as he’s in a lvl where u can get away with mass pushing and taking on big fights besides that he’s fun and is great in the right hands so I’d say low b high c tier

@@joaomiranda7833 Still it’s almost a unwritten rule to have all the support class legends c tier minimum cause how strong their class perk is.
I will stand on the take that Ash is high B tier to low A tier. Many people just don’t know how to play her. She is by far the best character to have in a 3v1 and 2v1, as her snare can provide time to shield and her ult gives you instant high ground. Most ash mains just portal right into the enemies and die which is where the problem starts.

The athlete/acl reference was S tier
If they have ash a longer ult (around the distance pathfinder can shoot his zip) that would be a good change as well as allowing her or teammates to exit it at any point instead of only A to B. Basically instead of traveling all the way through the portal they can come out of the phase anywhere in between with the press of a button. May be asking a little too much there but just the portal distance increased would be a good change.
that’s an interesting idea for sure. I agree like- there’s a lot of potential with the design of her ult to improve it or make it more unique. as it stands, it’s falling a little flat

Gotta say I’m surprised with seer and fuse being so low. With the buffs to bloodhound seeing a lot more seers and feel he has more viability than a D tier pick. Fuse at C seems low as well. He tends to be more popular than he was and with the changes his morherload and nades seem helpful for taking fights on. Also could be a decent option for a newer player to get use to using abilities and throwing nades which most newer players don’t utilize enough. And bang at B is the hottest take I’ve seen with these lists.
This is probably the worst tier list ive heard. But I appreciate the content. Its an opinion, can't hate that. Keep it up!!

Seems like someone is becoming a bit of a Ballistic truther... interested to see if there's a Ballistic arc incoming for you LOL.. Wholeheartedly agree with your list though. And most importantly I agree with what you said in the end. Play who you want and who makes you happy. Everyone is S tier in the right hands.

Respectable take on Ballistic. I feel like Vantage is powerful enough to be annoying in pubs but her abilities aren't the best for endgames, a rework I suggest is nerf her ult damage but speed up the handling and make the tag last 5 times as long so teammates can pitch in. As a season 2 Wattson main who's played alot of Alter this season, I completely agree with your take. If an Alter breaches a fully fenced building she will either get stunned (which will make her an easy target because of how immobilizing it is), have to destroy the fences and then get beamed by the team inside, beam the team inside and have to stay still, or take port back. Every legend is terrible if you aren't good with them and better if you are, but that saying holds more value on Wattson than any other legend in my opinion. Her fences have the highest skill ceiling out of any ability in the game and are damn near useless if you have no clue what you are doing. Rampart and Caustic are checkers while Wattson is 4d chess. Lastly Alter in S tier is a little generous, she's a solid A tier and definitely shakes up how control legends play but what does Alter have against a Bloodhound, Rev, Horizon team ape-ing everyone? Her ult? She's interesting, but not super powerful at least not in this current aggressive, movement ability spam meta.

Yeah valk isn’t C bc she’s f 😂 her passive is slow and makes you a clay pigeon. Her tactical never lands bc how easily you can dodge it. And her ult is useless now because of evac towers. I genuinely have not died to a valk in months.

Too many ppl are high on Alter. She literally offers nothing towards end game and enemies can take the phase back through if you are trying to reset. She is good, but S tier?? Highest group she is in is B, if that.

The most egregious pick is ALTER OVER BANG OR BLOOD, you’re talking about insane potential however it’s has to come to fruition. She’s fun but she isn’t that impactful in 3v3s. There is zero way you have bloodhound not S tier.
What are you is this tier list based on? I know it’s subjective however the rationale doesn’t seem to fit from one legend to next.

It doesn’t have to agree or disagree with mine, there’s just not enough data on her to name her as a must pick legend as he did.
@@zarfies23 I never mentioned alter, and secondly, movement audio is so insanely loud in this game I rarely find bloodhounds tac being so useful as to make him a regular pick of mine. With digi out I think bang + blood is a good duo in the smoke. That’s where I see bloods value. I just don’t think she’s a teir

3:50 but isnt the point of abilities to break out of neutral engagements and get an advantage through clever use? Or to set your team up for advantagous rotations? I feel like 'being better at shooting' is great, and Ballistic certainly does compliment that, but you can't use that as a counterpoint to nade spamming or ulting with Fuse when that forces the enemy to rotate poorly and enables you to shoot them better anyway.
that’s true! my point is more so that it’s possible to use his abilities as a direct substitute and it’s often employed that way. if used as a means to break out of neutral engagements and to gain advantages through clever use, then ofc Fuse is better. which is why I have him ranked higher

In D4 where I am I see conduit, rev, bang, blood, caustic. I never says it’s based off pick rate, it’s based off the 21 map rotation, meta, and gun meta.
All of the above legends are good at playing mostly all roles whether it’s edge, or zone, AND good in team fights and resetting. I truly don’t see how you have Bangalore in B I’m so curious as to the rationale.

I’m a casual pc player with a stupid question. How is your recoil so smooth? I want to stick to mouse and keys bc it’s what I’m comfortable with but I see so many people with crazy aim like this using controller. I have no interest in scripts or any of that crap on pc, anyone have suggestions as to improve recoil smoothing?
I mean, there’s no secret sauce other than lots of hours and practice in the range. for recoil smoothing the best way I can explain it is you do a slight strafe in the opposite direction of the weapon recoil and just try and feel it out and move side to side. but I’d also recommend practicing recoil control standing still as well 👍🏼

Been playing caustic this week, he’s still quite good. Gas damage isn’t great, but it also blurs vision and allows you to block doors. His ult is one of the best imo.

@@funkybadlozza1537 movement speed is the only thing that’s effected by the stim. The movement techs themselves can be performed without using any ability. It isn’t something character specific, which is why it doesn’t add to the skill ceiling
