My flightgear model of a turboprop 737 can fly high transonic. So, it's obviously overpowered.
The Firestreak is actually my design and was a joint project between myself and a good friend of mine. It is a hard aircraft to fly but it is capable of Mach 10 at 100k feet. Reading the included operator's manual would've probably helped the maker of this video a lot. It's weird yes, but it's a great aircraft. It's proof of concept and a prototype.

Here's one: the Republic XF-84H Thunderscreech - it had a propeller that spun at supersonic speed. It had a lot of problems - the thing was a terror to fly, and its greatest weakness was that it was insanely stupid loud! A supersonic propeller that bombarded everyone around with a continuous sonic boom. It caused a guy working in the aircraft next to it to have a seizure, you could hear the damn thing literally from 20 miles away. Needless to say, it was unpopular...
