    Thank you! Your instant pot shows “LO” but the notes say “HP” … which one is correct? Also does this work for sweet potatoes as well?

      It's cooked on high pressure. The "L0:18" does not mean low, it's the time (18 minutes) it took once it finished cooking and the pressure released naturally. After your high-pressure cooking time your instant pot will start showing you the time "since" the cooker shut off.
