It's cooked on high pressure. The "L0:18" does not mean low, it's the time (18 minutes) it took once it finished cooking and the pressure released naturally. After your high-pressure cooking time your instant pot will start showing you the time "since" the cooker shut off. For sweet potatoes I recommend checking out Sweet Peas and Saffron's blog post about Instant Pot Sweet Potatoes.
Great video! Have a calm and relaxed day! Stay healthy and safe! 👍😊🍓
Glad to see your channel growing substantially. Keep up the good work
Thanks you :) Working hard creating what my subscribers find the most useful and yummy.
@@Greenhealthycooking my potato 🥔 is so conscious and shy he refuses to stand on weighing scale and doesn't let me touch her belly 😔
I will add this guide to the one you did for rice! We use your timing every time!
Yay! I'm glad you find the rice one useful :)
@@Greenhealthycooking even my husband uses it when he makes rice for himself!
Thank you! Your instant pot shows “LO” but the notes say “HP” … which one is correct? Also does this work for sweet potatoes as well?
