@@gospaironija2762 Belokranjske ljudske pesmi so zelo stare, saj sodijo med najstarejše slovenske ljudske pesmi. V belokranjskih ljudskih pesmih so vplivi drugih slovanskih narodov, predvsem Hrvatov, Uskokov in Istre, vendar najdemo med njimi tudi take, ki zvenijo tipično slovensko. Belokranjske pesmi vsebujejo različne tematike: jurjevske, kresne, soldaške, ljubezenske, svatovske, pripovedne, pivske in nabožne. Primeri belokranjskih ljudskih, slovenskih narodnih pesmi: Igra kolo jabuko, Tribučko kolo, Lepa Anka, Pastirče mlado, Pobelelo pole z ovcama, Došel je zeleni Jurij. As with everything else PJ does, this is ethereally beautiful. The story is clear and heartbreaking. But if anyone has a link to an English translation of the lyrics, it would be greatly appreciated.

When I was 15 I fell in love with a girl. She was 13 at the time. We were good friends and we had a kind of connection. I never told her I liked her because her family would never let me see her again if they knew. When she was 20 she started dating another guy. I finally told her that I loved her and she said that for many years she loved me too but thought I was not interested. She invited me to go to her wedding and asked if I could make the video for her. Imagine you filming the girl you love kissing someone else. It took me many years to recover. Many years later I am still single and she is happily married. I did fall in love again few years ago but the same thing happened. Another guy showed up and took her from me. I did connect with this video. It is like part of my story. I never gave up. I am 52 now and I keep praying hoping that God will send me someone special.
