Would be nice to have a mixed-use neighbourhood in the vicinity. More transit options to the stadium like Metro Rail would be great to have too.

To be fair a lot of European cities have their soccer/football stadiums far from the city centres. Only difference is people actually live walking distance from the stadiums and there are better transit connections.
All the construction workers are doing a great job. You should be proud of what you are building.

I flew my drone there a few months ago. I wasn't on Bills property, but instantly, as I fired drone up, Bills security pulled up. The guy says that the Bills would appreciate my not flying my drone. I told security I was allowed to and would not be flying over any workers.He acknowledged he had no authority to stop meI have been flying for over 13 years. I wanted to say that I'd appreciate it if the Bills could win a Superbowl!

It's not about hosting a super bowl. It's about building the right stadium for Buffalo. The extreme weather games are a part of Bills culture, so a stadium with a roof just doesn't make sense.
Because their sticking to the bills culture plus even with a roof the stadium will only host one superbowl ever because the weather with or without will still play a factor in hosting one. Lucas oil stadium is a prime example of that they have a roof and still haven’t hosted another superbowl since the first one in 2012 and buffalo can’t afford to host so it really wouldn’t matter either way I’m glad their not getting a roof love watching snow games

If it's public money you thew public should own a say and demand the organization to always put a winning team out that shoukd be tge deal and if not tgen the public gets 40% and if u want to leave u at least have to pay back 3/4 of the cost just cause u want to leave if it's public money it's public say or a huge imput.
