You've pretty much nailed it. Only tip I'll add is that it is better for half the toons to serve far tables first. This is because serving closer tables goes through cans very quickly, and conveyor belts have slow replenishment rate. If everyone makes a beeline for the closest cogs first, then lots of time will be wasted due to shortage of cans. Thus it is better for 2 toons per belt to get the far cogs out of the way early on and converge on the middle tables towards the end.
