Assalamualaikum maam, I got some questions.
As said in the video,porto systemic anastomosis is developed during portal circulation,then is it not present in normal conditions??
And what are the components of Porto systemic anastomosis at the bare area of liver?

The purpose of anastomoses present in our body is to provide collateral circulation in case one of the participating tvein component gets obstructed (which happens in diseases).
The answer to your question is yes it is anatomically present in normal conditions but actually comes in handy(kaam aata hai) when there's an obstruction due to portal hypertension.
