With the internet and cameras now a days I wouldn't use a realator to show sh**. 6% commission on million dollar home is bs especially during pandemic when they didn't have to do shi* but throw it on the market for an hour.
I get that, I think it really depends on the home and how a realtor can help you sell it. If the realtor has a lot of knowledge about the area and has access to a lot of high net worth individuals then he can definitely help sell a home fast or help you find a great investment property that will make you cash flow every month
