    I hate these tests! There are not scientific in any way shape or form. I can give reasonable examples to any particular question that can prove arguments in either direction. My management experiences and skills gathered over 40 years are tired and proven but some 24 yo girl with a Psyc Major denies me a Job! ...and they wont tell you why they dont like your scores! Its a wonder any employer can ever hire somebody!

    Ask yourself "Does it matter to you if someone is stealing from the cash register?". I loved training a psychiatrist because I was learning AND being paid to learn!

    Bullshit!! , Its a totally unreliable means of measuring an applicants potential for success, to a assume that a person won't perform in a job because they failed a so called "basic" test is just Mind boggling stupid. Keeping it simple and going through an interview is way more reliable :p.
