No. This is the Howrah Mumbai via Allahabad line the first link between Calcutta and Mumbai. This line was opened in 1870 Via Nagpur line was constructed much later, opened in 1900.

I remember travelling by this train in 1974 during my Diwali Vacations. I was 10 years old then and was residing in Bhopal. There were no direct trains from Bhopal to Howrah those days. Two Howrah bound coaches were attached to the Indore- Bilaspur Narmada Exp from Bhopal which departed at 11:30 PM and reached Jabalpur early next morning. These coaches were detached at Jabalpur and then attached to this train at Jabalpur. Those days this train used to be hauled by a Diesel Locomotive WDM2 upto Allahabad. At Allahabad it used to reverse direction and hauled by a WAM4 Electric loco. One small query, why does it take almost 1Hr 25Min to cover a mere 50 Kms distance from Gomoh to Dhanbad ?

And I already requested you before start journey by the train you should show the locomotive of your train and also when you are journey by the train please show fully which express trains crossing your train and Bro remember it.
