I feel like I should give some context to this song cus of how surreal it is and stuff. Basically back in 3.0 development (specifically when Cuzsie, you might know him or not, was still on the team), we released a build back in late march and the freeplay menu was extremely broken in that build because of Cuzsie. After the beta testers and us were joking about it and such to see what we could do with it, Aadsta said "this gives me an idea too", and then he made the song. However the actual song in-game wasnt made and put into the mod until early june. Sometime after the freeplay bug stuff happened, Aadsta dm'd me recurser concept designs and stuff about the broken freeplay (Yes, the opponent name in this song is called that, that'll probably be changed maybe), I thought it would be funny if it was put into the game. So after that, me and aadsta both hid this song from the dev team til it was released, working on it together in dms and getting ideas and it took us 2 weeks to finish before we showed it off. Essentially, Aadsta did most of the art (I made the dark sky bg you can see, as well as the heading), charted the song and made the actual song. And I did all of the programming and aforementioned things. There is lore to this song but that's up to Aadsta if he wants to make it public and such, but essentially this song's just as an inside joke with 3.0 development. Hope this explains, was fun as hell creating this song together with you, Aadsta!

My headcanon for Recursed or aka “The ██████” is that it is the presumed God of the 3D multiverse. I MEAN MULTIVERSE. And the reason why they don’t have a voice of their own is that they normally don’t have a voice because they’re normally the one “pulling the strings.” Example; Like Monika they control everything. The assets. Vocals. Background. They control it all. They’re quite literally the creator of the Dave and Bambi mod personified. Even though they look like two beings they are indeed the same thing. They’re shadows are inverted, making up the illusion that there’s another person boxed into them. However this can also be interpreted as them being conjoined with in one another shown as in the song they move separately. In short: They’re one of the multiverse gods of the Bambi mod but not as powerful as being like Hellbreaker, Expunged or even Nyphmsis and NULL (and Conbi).
I'm going to be completely honest at first, and say that when all the teasers and details about DnB 3.0 was first coming out, I feel slightly disappointed, hell, a little annoyed even. I felt as if the mod was almost abandoning its roots and changing itself for the worse just because people hated it. This mentality grew all the way til the mod actually came out, and I was hesitant to check it out. But, I eventually bit the bullet and decided to see it for myself, and frankly, while at first I felt somewhat dissatisfied at the opening of the mod, I slowly grew intrigued, then I was enamored, and then, I watched the whole thing, with absolute awe. Everything about the update absolutely blew me the hell away, and made me feel happy. But, out of everything I had seen in the mod, this song, THIS SONG, made me realize how outstanding DnB truly was. When I first saw the method of unlocking it, I was genuinely wowed, and loved how unique the way of accessing the song was. But then, after a flash, the screen undarkened, and I was met with nothing but an empty, swirling void, but, not without this indescribable, complex, and truly beautiful entity. This being, so bizarre and yet wonderful at the same time, it made me exhilarated for what was to come, and that excitement, was no mere short felt emotion. The song starts, and it sets up to be so intimidating yet powerful, with this creature singing in an incomprehensible tone, yet it sounds so melodic. But after the creature sings for two turns, the camera zooms in, black bars enclose the top and bottom, and the otherworldly instrumental makes you feel like it's the beginning of the end, of some great and wonderful final battle. The vocals once again come in, and the being and Boyfriend really feel like they're fighting each other with song, with the intense, emotional, and empowering instrumental making you feel like you're facing a true foe. It is at a certain part though, where I truly FELT, what the song was, and what it is. 1:02 to 1:13, is so extremely unbelievably powerful, with the end part making you feel like it's truly going to be a battle for the ages. After that, the vocals seem to convey that things are slowing down, and that it's almost the end, but things once again start up, and it seems to get even more intense, with by the end of the song, Boyfriend and the being against each other, and one singing the end of each's given melody. And, after all is said and done, the first two melodies repeat, and it all slowly settles down, until you hear nothing but the quiet, echoey voice of BF. And it is with genuine regards and feelings, that I must say, this song is one of the best not only DnB songs of all time, but also one of the best FNF songs of all time. Everything, absolutely everything, from the method of accessing the song, setting you up for a fearsome song, to the absolutely outstanding instrumental and surreal vocals that make up this masterpiece of a composition, to the mystifying and wonderful design of the foe you face, and even the really awesome gimmick of the song, with you having to not miss the letter arrows, otherwise you become cursed and have to reach a certain amount of inputted notes, otherwise you perish. I have to give a truly sincere thank you to you and T5mpler for making this masterpiece happen, and making DnB truly feel like something greater. Thank you.

My headcanon for Recursed or aka “The ██████” is that it is the presumed God of the 3D multiverse. I MEAN MULTIVERSE. And the reason why they don’t have a voice of their own is that they normally don’t have a voice because they’re normally the one “pulling the strings.” Example; Like Monika they control everything. The assets. Vocals. Background. They control it all. They’re quite literally the creator of the Dave and Bambi mod personified. Even though they look like two beings they are indeed the same thing. They’re shadows are inverted, making up the illusion that there’s another person boxed into them. However this can also be interpreted as them being conjoined with in one another shown as in the song they move separately. In short: They’re one of the multiverse gods of the Bambi mod but not as powerful as being like Hellbreaker, Expunged or even Nyphmsis and NULL (and Conbi).

I'm going to be completely honest at first, and say that when all the teasers and details about DnB 3.0 was first coming out, I feel slightly disappointed, hell, a little annoyed even. I felt as if the mod was almost abandoning its roots and changing itself for the worse just because people hated it. This mentality grew all the way til the mod actually came out, and I was hesitant to check it out. But, I eventually bit the bullet and decided to see it for myself, and frankly, while at first I felt somewhat dissatisfied at the opening of the mod, I slowly grew intrigued, then I was enamored, and then, I watched the whole thing, with absolute awe. Everything about the update absolutely blew me the hell away, and made me feel happy. But, out of everything I had seen in the mod, this song, THIS SONG, made me realize how outstanding DnB truly was. When I first saw the method of unlocking it, I was genuinely wowed, and loved how unique the way of accessing the song was. But then, after a flash, the screen undarkened, and I was met with nothing but an empty, swirling void, but, not without this indescribable, complex, and truly beautiful entity. This being, so bizarre and yet wonderful at the same time, it made me exhilarated for what was to come, and that excitement, was no mere short felt emotion. The song starts, and it sets up to be so intimidating yet powerful, with this creature singing in an incomprehensible tone, yet it sounds so melodic. But after the creature sings for two turns, the camera zooms in, black bars enclose the top and bottom, and the otherworldly instrumental makes you feel like it's the beginning of the end, of some great and wonderful final battle. The vocals once again come in, and the being and Boyfriend really feel like they're fighting each other with song, with the intense, emotional, and empowering instrumental making you feel like you're facing a true foe. It is at a certain part though, where I truly FELT, what the song was, and what it is. 1:02 to 1:13, is so extremely unbelievably powerful, with the end part making you feel like it's truly going to be a battle for the ages. After that, the vocals seem to convey that things are slowing down, and that it's almost the end, but things once again start up, and it seems to get even more intense, with by the end of the song, Boyfriend and the being against each other, and one singing the end of each's given melody. And, after all is said and done, the first two melodies repeat, and it all slowly settles down, until you hear nothing but the quiet, echoey voice of BF. And it is with genuine regards and feelings, that I must say, this song is one of the best not only DnB songs of all time, but also one of the best FNF songs of all time. Everything, absolutely everything, from the method of accessing the song, setting you up for a fearsome song, to the absolutely outstanding instrumental and surreal vocals that make up this masterpiece of a composition, to the mystifying and wonderful design of the foe you face, and even the really awesome gimmick of the song, with you having to not miss the letter arrows, otherwise you become cursed and have to reach a certain amount of inputted notes, otherwise you perish. I have to give a truly sincere thank you to you and T5mpler for making this masterpiece happen, and making DnB truly feel like something greater. Thank you.
