My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

Be strong, buddy. I'm almost 70, and have been through thick and thin in life. Now looking back, there were so many hard things that eventual proved to be insignificant. Everyday you are breathing and kicking is a day of blessing.
Pray, trust God; focus on His words; NOTHING is impossible for HIM. He tells us he has not given us a spirit of fear but, of power, love and of a sound mind. Proclaim it, believe it!!! Listen for His voice only, even through the midst of your difficulty, if He can do it for me, he can do it for you. My prayers are with you. Take your time during the process.🙏🙏🙏
