7:48 tip is much easier if u just chop butter up into dices. Some big some small. And store in air tight container. U can just pick a dice and be done with it

instead of using the gas burner or the iron , a better , convenient and safe option which I use is a simple candle , which I keep one handy in the kitchen. please give it a try. The hacks were very nice, some were completely new 👍👍👍

I do not keep butter in d fridge..I always keep it out. So it's easy to use It goes fresh long till 20 to 30 days

Instead of using gas stove to seal the pkts...use pkts clips.....they r very convenient to use
