In my time of doing door dash for two years I came across a lot of 9838 fire alarms on various light plates came across a couple 9833s even 9840s and majority of the systems where 4002s except one was a 4100 but the old alarms still remained
@@ImpyLane they have the same mechanisms but the 9833 sounds brassy and is louder. The 9838 is basically a low profile 9833 but mostly is quieter than the 9833
I’ve seen a 4002 system at a eye doctors office with 2903 fire alarms. That was located in Bellaire, Texas. I don’t know if they still have these any more
i just saw on the maps in hendersonville,tn a huge church school with those exact alarms still there today and the system barley 15 years old they said they will never replace any of the alarms till 2035
