I always enjoy when you share with us the atmosphere at and around your dacha, but enjoying it in a still, quiet moment is lovely! I think many of us human souls crave some peaceful, private moments to ourselves. Even better, alone with the beauty of nature! Thank you for sharing it with us.
Thank you for sharing your world. Lovely. Grapes. Wish I can speak Russian language too, even though I lived in Rostov on don for a year I can read Russian perfectly, its the speaking that is difficult for me. I wish to live in a small town raising sheep for cheese, wool and meat. I want to choose sheep because Sheep/goats are not developed in Russia. Pig and cattle require big agriculture businesses, However Sheep are easier to raise than cow or domestic farm pig. Thank you very much.
I love your videos been following you for years. I try to convince my best friend that life in Russia, where you live is really not much different than life in Iowa here in the United States.❤
One of the things i found very strange when I moved from England to NC USA was the lack of fencing, there was some vegetation to mark property borders but properties just flowed into one another. It was something I was not use to and i do like the privacy that fencing or hedge borders provide but i did get use to it. I understands that it was actually seen as rude to have some sort of fencing although some who had dogs did have mash like fencing. I do understand though that this is perhaps not uniform throughout the USA and does vary on a state to state basis and also whether your city or country based.
My grandma grew green and consort grapes back in the day. We enjoyed her jelly she made. When we visited the first thing we did was run to the back yard and eat some.
In US we like fences if we have dogs to keep them from fighting with each other. Some of us like our privacy as well. There are some neighborhoods that dont allow any fences or insist on certain types. We love hearing about Russia. I think we mostly are the same and just want peace. Good to hear from you, dear. Do some people live only in their dachas?
In the U K we have natural hedges beech hawthorns BlackThorne to divide our properties for security and privacy looks much nicer than tin sheets everywhere and better for the wildlife as well. There is a long list of hedging plants you can use.
When I first bought my house in 2019 it had no fences. I like my neighbors, but I wanted privacy, so I put a fence up on either side of my back yard and the back part. I didn’t bother to ask if my neighbors could help with the cost since it was my idea, but we have all benefited.
Australians love their privacy too. The fence is built around the perimeter of each homeowners land and is also good for security to keep people out! Fences are required by law here. The fence are either wooden or colorbond (steel) minimum height is usually 6.5 feet. I’m glad Sheffield does not like grapes as they very toxic & will cause renal failure in dogs. So never ever give a dog grapes, whether they seedless, dried, cooked or fresh.
HI FROM PHILA., PA. USA.. I LOVE YOUR VIDEO'S AND ESPECIALLY YOUR SHOPPING AND EATING VIDEO'S..THANK YOU FOR THEM.. LOVE AND LIGHT TO YOU, AND EVERYONE WATCHING! ❤❤❤
WOW is so beautiful over there 😍 hi beautiful GOOGOOSHA how are you love to hear your beautiful voice 😘😘, your a queen 👑 love your videos 🇹🇹❤️🇷🇺💪🙏👑🌹🥰 the dog Loves the water ,yes privacy is a must they are just nosie FAST TRINI TALK OR MARKING YOU ,JUST BE CAREFUL not saying they mean any harm ,take care beautiful GOOGOOSHA 🌹👑
Or even bamboo planted in long green troughs, like what they give horses feed in. Don’t plant bamboo in the ground, it takes over so can never get rid of it. But, in containers, it gets high and grows very quickly and you can control it. It a very, very short time you will not see her.
Summer is winding down with today being the fist day of autumn. Of the four seasons autumn is by far my favorite. I love finding a place in the forest to just sit quietly and watch the wildlife preparing for winter . You’ve not lived until a deer walked up to you and sniff your scent or a raccoon scurrying along and is oblivious to you and runs across your legs . I’ll be 70 in November and I 0:06 feel my life as reached autumn. I am content of growing old. I am blessed living in Easter Kentucky with the abundance of nature around me . Everyone wants a private space of their own, including myself. You were speaking about the fences . Can you plant vegetation that will act as a privacy fence ? Perhaps a vine or evergreen trees like a Leyland Cyprus or a type of Thuja ? Both would make a great privacy barrier for you when several are planted in a row . God bless ❤
Thank you very much for your comments and for watching. Yes, we can plant evergreens, like thuja, we have already planted five of them, two large and three small. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so we cannot plant many at once, but over time. I think we will plant such trees on the entire side from the neighbors.
In the U.S., living in the country is a way to have more privacy. It seems like people in the country in Russia only live in villages and not on country roads spread out from one another. Just an observation. I love wide open spaces.
I recently heard on another Russian channel that UA-cam has been banned in Russia. Is this true for all Russian channels or just the ones no longer allowed on UA-cam? If it is banned in all of Russia and you are still able to upload videos, I hope UA-cam is still paying you for your efforts. I'm sure all of your subscribers enjoy learning about your daily life. We all would hate to lose contact with you and Alex.
UA-cam is not banned in Russia, maybe some individual channels are banned, UA-cam speed is sharply slowed down, but it still works fine from mobile Internet. Many channels are demonetized and all Russian adsense is closed.
@@karenkingrey6142yes it is only Patreon and Val is not greedy $1.00 or whatever you want to support her. But even a 1.00 a month is very helpful to her.
Can you imagine that in many parts of Germany there are only symbolic small fences to indicate the limits of the own real estate. And in Ireland they do not even lock the doors during night. And in Russia? There is so high criminality that all real estates are protected with metall gates etc. Privacy? I think it is not the main reason - if it would be there could be also textiles or chart board etc. as in Asia.
I think most people in Ireland most definitely lock their doors at night. As in the UK, leaving your door open these days is just insanity! Fences have always been used in the UK, it’s only on some modern estates where the gardens are so small that putting a fence up would give you claustrophobia!! We like our fences, it makes good neighbours.😊
In the United States, getaway places are called cabins if in mountains or woods. Near a lake or the sea, they’re called beach houses. Sometime very small houses are called cottages.
It's too bad that some of your neighbors are against fences. I think that maybe they are just against fences because they know that you want them. 😂 Maybe they are nosy and want to see what you are doing in your yard. Can you grow a tall hedge that will block their view? Wishing both of you a peaceful and enjoyable autumn. 🫂❤️🍂🍁
Warmest regards to your fam and Mr. Sheffield 😊
Where I'm from we say "fences make good neighbors". I think we all like a little privacy.

Like a prison camp
The metal net fence with diamond-shaped mesh we call a "chain-link" fence in the U.S.
Fences are a must for my dogs❤

Very similar too our life.
Thank u for this beautiful video peace for the world❤
I like the privacy of the vences
You guys are very lucky to still have a channel. So many have already been taken down.
Posting as Deb, maybe you could put up a hedge and grow it tall enough to block the view.

Good fences make for good neighbors. Our lovely friends next door helped with us to build the new metal fence.

Interesting house. I like it.
there are evergreen bushes that you can grow the variety of pine species that stay green even in winter.
Never saw such .
Love seeing your dacha in autumn. Those grapes looked absolutely delicious...😊🍇
Thanks 😊 ❤

We don't have bears in the UK, but many ill-trained four and two legged animals!
Mr Sheffie still go in the water! Can't be very cold yet. xxxxxxx

Humans like all animals are territorial, an important evolutionary survival mechanism.
Fences are for Protection , and Privacy❤❤❤❤
Nice sunny day there. Love your garden and fences. Mr Handsome having a nice foot soak. Thanks 😊😊😊
Winter is coming.
Your videos are so relaxing. The best to you. Much love to All
Love y’all.
Your yard around the Dacha looks nice and green. What is Aleks going to do with the black barrels? Sheffield looks good.❤❤
These are barrels for collecting rainwater. They were green and rusty. Alex sanded them and painted them with a special paint for metal against rust.
Hello Val and Alex 🤗🤗. Have a good day today🫶🏾!
Russians LOVE THEIR PRIVACY. ❤❤❤
I miss Russia SO MUCH !!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yes you have very high fences protecting your homes. I do not like this as it’s blocks neighbours Maybe grow hedges. Yvonne from Ireland ☘️🇮🇪☘️
Dear Irish lady, what do you think happens in winter in your opinion ? I hope you get the hint
Good to see your video

I heard him say that too (to his “adorables”), but I could find no documentation of that.
I believe it might be content. These videos are of general interest, nature, etc. I believe the other is more content of what is happening.
How are you receiving payment for all of your videos? Is it strictly only Pateon?

Russia what a blessed land
A friend in Irkutsk had a neighbor who did not want a fence, so my friend put up bee hives. 😂
Do you grow any rhubarb? Loved it as a kid but cannot grow here in Texas, too hot.
Is it possible to plant a hedge on your side of the border? If tall enough it could hide you privacy from stuborn neighbor

In Germany, hedges and conifers are common for privacy protection.
Here it is also popular in luxury communities.
Grapes are very poisonous for digs, never give them to Sheffie.
We fench our back yards in US so we can let our dogs out.
Why do Russians Have Fences Everywhere?
Umm bears ?
Two legged men bears.
