Flyover: Grande Ronde Continued Flooding 4-22-2019

Sustained flooding along the Grande Ronde River is shown as the waters have failed to recede much in the last couple weeks. Warming weather and solar impact on the snowpack have been feeding the river to keep it filling the flood zone in the north end of the valley, where many levies have already been breached and many crops ruined. The video here starts looking north and pans to the east.
