They do a great job I see! My brother's company does want to use RainX either. I love RainX on my private automobiles and it greatly enhances the visibility.
I have had bad luck with streakin beacon lately John lol ........ they have not been rinsing off my truck well and putting acid in my polished rims .... I found a new truck wash today in Columbus off of I 270 and Roberts Road called Professional Truck wash , 50 for the truck and another 5 for the motor .

no rain here in NW Fl. for 60 days and none expected for at least another week. so unbelievably dry and dusty, never seen it THIS bad in the 41 years I've lived here.
For $84.00 that should at least include a towel dry of the tractor and clean the inside windows. Or at least have some air blowing as you pull out of the bay.
Seems a bit on the high $ side. If you notice the guys didn't do much scrubbing. Its all in the extended wand pressure washers. But hey, doing that job on your own would take a very, very long time, and if the boss is willing to cover it, then all the better. Your videos are really great John. They make my day..

I've always thought "Blue Beacon" has always done a pretty good job they are a 100% customer driven company without the truckers good word of mouth they would be out of business they don't advertise with the exception of a small ad in Long Haul magazine other than this it's strictly word of mouth.
Baby Blue won't know how to act being all clean, LoL. You should let them spray you down while you are there, LoL, JK. Is the first I was inside a Blue Beacon’s pay area, thanks to your hat cam I cancel that off my wish list, LoL. I wonder if they put a bag over the air cleaner because on a Freightliner it's vented at the top, there is not an inlet pipe running to it like most air cleaners have. You should get a can of Armor-All tire spray and that would make Baby Blue's tires really shiny, in fact you can spray all the rubber parts, i.e.: mirror mounts, bumper, if you have time window trim. Armor-All will protect the rubber from dry cracking and staining too. I can't imagine your boss not leaving you get Rain-X, is the first I had an issue with him, LoL. Also, you should be allowed to get the truck washed twice a month, after all it represents the company you drive for and helps you to feel better about the equipment, and we both know mental attitude cures a lot of situations, however the paint does not make it run any better and by the time the rubber dry rots, someone else will own the truck. In the end, Baby Blue looks really nice, at least thru the cam lens. I found this video extremely interesting, but not up there with the bad trailer wheel, LoL. Talking about trailers, this new trailer has nice rims, all painted white, as often the rims on your trailer are all rusted and un-kept.
blue beacon good but i think dannys truck wash in sticker patch. wash the truck steam out the trailer buff ourt the wheels polish the truck and pm it and tires if you need them. i just spent 675 buck there but my truck looks good
just wondering if you ever had any electrical issues with your Cascadia. like warning lights or little hesitation on stopping or acceleration once in awhile.
is it the law to have a clean truck? I don't see the point in washing a commercial vehicle that will get dirty in a few days. At my old job the trucks would only be washed when headed to the auction block.
can you not film in there I work at the blue beacon in Bloomington il and I know for a fact that it is against company policy to film in the truck wash.
I don't know why you do that every time you go to the truck wash you always tell them do everything Rain-X and all knowing your boss doesn't want that stuff on the truck so I don't know why you tell them to do it anyway it doesn't make any sense
