I've often said when you're so far back in the woods you got to go closer to town to find the deer. Lol

I've heard the biggest deer killed often have old wounds from previous non-lethal shots. They are old and smart for a reason.

    For another podcast:
How does an optics manufacturer decide FOV for binoculars and magnification range for spotting scopes? Is FOV limited by the glass design, housing constraints, or are you deciding where to limit the view where the sharpness falls off beyond a standard. Likewise, are spotting scopes limited mechanically or do they just get too blurry beyond a certain magnification?
It just seems weird that FOV varies so wildly within identical bino size classes and also that more spotters are coming out in uncommon magnification ranges (Razor 13-39 & 11-33 vs standard 14-45).

SEEK 1 is a joke..Anyone I mean anyone can shoot tame city deer..They are like pets and it makes the hunting community look bad..I don't care if the deer had 300 inches of antler you shot it outta a backyard with kids playing next door..What a joke.
