Today’s topic is judo! This throw Osoto Gari/Zadnyaya Podnozhka is utilized in many wrestling styles. And like any throw it has a ton of minor details that will affect the execution.

Іване, при всій повазі, є терміни. Ви дійсно показуєте задню підніжку, але в дзюдо це о сото отоши, а о сото Гарі - отхват в самбо. + Як було сказано в відео, в варіації з верхнім захватом одної руки це вже буде о сото макікомі
