this night was wild, the suspect being loose and armed on foot for a few hours was really scary for all the surrounding areas. thank you Boise PD and everyone else involved
Yes that’s a crappy area now. As soon as the light at Amity changes everyone thinks it’s a dragstrip and they all go 55 mph within seconds causing accidents. What once used to be just a rural area is now full of shopping centers and homes that Meridian Road and Amity needs to be checked by the officials to fix the light system and the speed in that area.
totally agree, that intersection as well as Main St and Meridian are just accidents waiting to happen
Praying for her and her family 🙏
Hold her accountable for this accident,
I see this crap happening all the time with police, just two days ago I was merging onto the freeway and an ISP officer merged early on on the on-ramp across two solid white lines to get in the traffic earlier instead of waiting in line like everyone else did knowing full well if they did the same they would be sighted. I know he wasn't going to a call he went the speed limit the rest of the way into Boise many of these cops have no regard for the rules of the road. Not using turn signals ignoring yield rules etc. They have to lead by example or they shouldn't be doing the job
I do agree with this one statement from you. Maybe you do have some basic reasoning skills.👍
Careful how you judge this. A deputy was murdered. This First Responder was enroute to that call. It’s the worst call that a patrol shift can receive. Rule number 1 when running Code 3, is be safe, because you’re not going to help anyone if you never arrive.
So, they murder too!
My wife told me i shoud be more in touch with my feminine side. So I argued with her over something that was my fault, bought something i couldn't afford and crashed my truck. Shes really proud of me.
I bet you're sleeping in the doghouse for a week, aren't you? 😂
That night was crazy. We live near St. Alphonsus and the sirens seemed to go on and off for a couple of hours.
She was trying to get to a fellow officer's aid. Her conduct was exactly what you see anywhere else.
Exactly!!!! I don't feel she should have any punishment. She should her loyalty to another officer whose life was at risk. We know what happened to him.
@maisies927 and what if she killed someone while responding? Im from here and i know the situation with the officer. Although its a very sad situation but she cant be putting other people at risk like that. She wasnt gonna be the first officer on scene and she wasnt gonna change what happened to that officer. By getting there seconds earlier. R.i.p officer bolter gone too soon. Killed by someone who already lived his sad excuse of a life and didnt wanna go in over a 2000$ warrant. So he choose to go out a murder.
In this case, she needs no charges filed. Her responding to her fellow officer being shot and killed should have special consideration .
@mr-yg4hu But....she didn't. That's like saying, "Why did you go 5 over the limit? You could've killed someone." In no court, case, or investigation do they consider what could have happened. Only what did or would have happened later. We don't know if she could have killed someone. Therefore, irrelevant.
@@mr-yg4hu Want to play the what if game? What if she responded faster? Would the other deputy be alive? What if she just took her own sweet time getting there? Would she be ridiculed for that? What if ..... file in the blank! Its easy for self righteous internet arm chair heroes to sit back and play the what if game never ever having been even close to being in that situation. Check yourself.
we investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing.
This is Idaho not California and yes she was held accountable, even though she was racing to a shot officer..
@@ultramagajackson3675I understand that she was racing to help a shot officer but that is no reason to put other people's lives on the road in danger ever
@@ultramagajackson3675 was she held to an even stricter standard than you would a regular Citizen? If she wasn't been like I said cops covering for other cops. A paid vacation is not being held accountable.
@@dizzyplayz4507I'm sorry......what?????
@@dizzyplayz4507 That kind of comment is BS!
The whole situation is sad
Thank you for service
HOPE SHE IS OK
When asked what happened....she said....if you don't know, I'm not gonna tell you, then stormed off
Stereotypes exist for a reason. Cuz they're usually true.
It’s apparent that 99% of you don’t know this entire story and what she was driving to.
Dudes got shot for not being a good at his job. Plain and simple
@@austincook2472 He was a cop in California first before Idaho. Plain and simple
@@austincook2472 He was bad at his job for what? He got shot before even getting up to the window, for a traffic stop. Should he have had a riot shield and his gun out for every speeding ticket?
Don't give a crap! They need to follow the rules too. Everyone has an excuse. Citizens use good judgment that gets them in predicaments, too. This would have gotten a normal person cited. Safety first! She could have killed someone too!
@@user-tf2yt9hr7t so what… was that supposed to prove something? 😂
Take away her license
Thank you to Idaho sherrifs, police and all of our first responders!
Even the ones who do a shitty job?
They’re going to add more negativity to an already terrible situation. Give her a break
Or maybe hold our LEOs to even the ~most~ minor amount of accountability?
The Idaho accent going hard on this one 😂😂
Wait is Idaho accent a real thing🤣
Idaho accent???
I thought we had a lack of accent.
She panicked responding to a real call?
Damn, really feeding the stereotypes😭 the shooting was terrible tho, and causing a three car pile up did not help at all.
Give her a break given the situation. I would've gone lead foot, guns ready to get to the officer. If anything, she needs a paid suspension. Give her time to recover and recoop before doing an eval to determine her ability to return. Thank you, Deputy. Recover safe. Thank you for your service.
it is BS that she is getting charged. she was in an emergency status of an officer shot. every cop in the valley was rushing the scene when that call came out. sorry the accident happens, but that is a outcome that can happen when cops are speeding to a shooting.
To help someone bleeding out and stop an active shooter.
They totally covered this up too
"Independent investigation" ha!
FEMALE DRIVERS
I mean, I understand she was probably in her emotions while she was responding to the murder of a police officer
#JBTP
From what ive gathered either he or she trained the other....they were close friends and colleagues...she heard who was involved in the shooting and she drive EMOTIONALLY at high speeds and caused an accident....that is NOT professional behavior...but then again...when has law enforcement ever acted professionally
This officer works at my kids school
Sorry
Horrible role model.
Critical situation failure.
Wtf is going on with that voice!?
Lol. I was wondering if someone has commented on that.
Nothing?
it’s a byproduct of plastic surgery and not fucking blowing her nose
I don't think she is from here and is trying not to have her accent.
She sounds normal... I've lived here my whole life lol
Hold her accountable!!!!!
Lock her up
For trying to get to someone shooting and help a person bleeding out?
🎉
She broke a mans neck. She deserves to be thrown in prison. Reckless driving kills.
I didn't get to see the crash. When you were watching it happen, did she have lights and sirens going? Did the other cars move out of the way when seeing the flashing lights and hearing the loud sirens? Or were they on their phones not being aware?
@@scottharkness6076 She probably ran a red light and t boned or got t boned.
@@scottharkness6076 Giving free board to someone not to respond to traffic conditions is literally one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. The logic is quite literally the same as shooting yourself in the foot and then expecting the bullet to not hit you because you were the one holding the gun.
😂😂😂😂
This ladys voice! 😖
Hmm. I mean, stereotypes exist for a reason. Just saying....
Right. You should hear the sterotypes about your sex and race. I know those are correct about you. Right?
@@scottharkness6076 Feel free to cite the facts that prove those stereotypes correct.
