I've had this issue for a week now. One of ny stories failed to upload. I constantly tapped "try again" but it instantly said that it failed again. Then I tried deleting it and even though it had the option to delete it, when I wanted to, this thing popped up saying I can't delete anything before it's uploaded. It feels like I'm stuck in a loop that I can't get out of😭 I thought it would automatically be gone after 24 hours but it's been a week now and I still have that annoying red exclamation mark on my screen😭 I reported it to instagram and still no answer. Please help me escape this catch-22 😭
A notification keeps popping up telling me that my story failed to upload. It is due to an incompatible file with my device (FYI GoPro videos does not play on Xiaomi 💩) . Cleared the cache, tried re-uploading and deleting but can't find this process nowhere in the insta app. Any ideas?
