Hi guys, this is my emulation of Sebastian Hoeness's VFB Stuttgart tactics for this current 2024-2025 season. After watching #uefachampionsleague matches Stuttgart vs Juventus and Stuttgart vs Atalanta and reading match analysis, I tried to understand how Hoeness's high pressing tactics work. In this Bundesliga season, Stuttgart is not doing as well as last season when they finished 2nd, they are currently 8th, with 20 points after 13 games . (5 won 5 draw 3 lost). They mainly use a 4-2-4 or a 4-2-3-1 with Undav's position switching from a striker to an attacking midifielder role. In #footballmanager2024 I tried to emulate both tactics and also the different roles and duties that Stuttgart players have (also during the same game) and we always dominated the opponent, even stronger ones like Bayer Munich, won the Bundesliga and DFB Pokal. In Uuefa Champions League we got knocked out by PSG at semi-final. In this video you can see how this tactic worked during the games against Bayer Munich and Red Bull Leipzig, I explained player movements and roles and why I chose those roles. Then I will show you season 2024-25 stats , of course I did not buy/sell any player as always, and used an updated database to start the game in June 2024.. Finally I will explain how to create these 2 tactics in the game and show you some other goal highlights.
Thanks for watching!!!

Nice, ty!
When is irola coming
Iraola and Ernesto Valverde could be interesting!
coming soon don't worry, I wanted to finish Hoeness's tactics before.
@@ismaelgonzalez7169 valverde is a great idea too, thanks for your advice
How did you decide which tactic to use each game?
I tried both in many matches even switching from the 4-2-4 to the 4-2-3-1 during the same match to see how they work and my advice is to use the 4-2-3-1 away or against stronger team and the 4-2--4 at home or against weaker teams. You can also switch to the 4-2-3-1 during the same match when you see you struggle against the opponent
