Made it. Came out delicious. Thanks for sharing dear. I roasted the baigan in an oven at 450 F.for 20 minutes each side . I applied about one teaspoon oil all over the baigan , placed in baking tray lined with foil paper. Instead of roasting on gas.

Hello, I made this today and it was delicious. I roasted the eggplant on the oven instead of over a flame and that worked pretty well. I used a little bit more spice as well and put it over rice, but I wouldn't have known what spices to use without this video. Thank you for this video!

I tried the receipe due to quarantine minus some masalas .. but the taste was awesome though pura roast nai hua so I heated it again in a pan after peeling of the skin
I thought my recipe for this was the best since I got lots of appreciations before I saw yours. But your recipe was amazing... It takes only 10 minutes roasting in gas stove,all you have to do is just coat oil and you are good to go.
