- After a few weeks in Vietnam we're now spending a week in Phuket, Thailand. We spent a day exploring the town of Phuket before heading out on a speed boat to one of Thailands most underrated Islands, Koh Yao Yai! This is honestly a dream destination and the Santhiya Resort and Spa is a must visit for families travelling to Thailand.
We spent 3 nights out on Koh Yao Yai and were blown away at just how beautiful the island is.

You're welcome! Food prices on the island, especially at the resort, were quite high (but the food was incredible). The little restaurant we walked to on the island was similar to mainland Thailand ☺️

Yes it is! & the kayaks were also included
Do you pay for the speedboat transfer? And if the kids transfer is free
You do pay for it, we chose to add it on to our booking so it was a part of our per/night cost. I can't quite remember if we paid extra for the kids tho!
