My dad worked for Coca-Cola in a bottling plant, and he told me why that is.
Basically, when the drinks are bottled, they put a little bit of compressed Nitrogen under the cap, specifically so it makes that noise, because they sell better when they make that noise when you open them. That's literally the only reason.
A quick google search will show that is not the only reason. Some drinks are vacuum filled so there is a pressure difference between the inside of the bottle and the outside. Sometimes drinks are hot/cold when bottled and temperature changes create a similar scenario. Sometimes its evaporation. Basically there are many reasons why this could happen :)
The nitrogen is always thereif you open the bottle for the first time. After that it could be any of those reasons mentioned

Tucson is my hometown, and the law technically states (like a century ago when it first came to be) that "wearing clothing in public that is not of 'his or her sex' is illegal," but never actually specifies what article or that it pertains solely to women. And you're in Arizona, why would you be wearing pants ever? The average low in December is 43°F. The average high is still 66°F. I can't imagine how awful it would be to wear pants in a state where approximately ⅓ of the year is in the triple digits in temperature.
For reference I live in New Hampshire. Our winter is as cold as an Arizona summer is hot, our spring and autumn are around their winter, and summer for us is similar to spring and autumn for them.
The only season I don't wear shorts is winter. I wear pants in winter, and shorts all other seasons.
